Summary of case: Reduced circumstances for my wife and four children who are dependent on me. Having two brothers in France, another to be called up shortly, which will leave me the sole remaining son in the town, my parents are both over 70 years of age. My mother has been paralysed in bed for seven and a half years, I don't think should be left on the east coast without one of us to help to look after her.
