I have a boy aged 18 in February next in my service but he is not capable and further will be called up for service then. I have a lot of work in hand - work which is essential in the public interest. I have already released 2 of my men for service and another has died, I have only two sons, I is with the forces in France, recently wounded, and the other in on army work in England.
