Summary of case: This man is indispensable to me in my business as he is the only coat maker - in fact the only man I have left in my employ. I have a boy aged 18 in February next in my service but he is not capable and further will be called up for service then. I have a lot of work in hand - work which is essential in the public interest. I have already released 2 of my men for service and another has died, I have only two sons, I is with the forces in France, recently wounded, and the other in on army work in England. I cannot possibly carry on my business with any less number of employees.
