Summary of case: The man does the whole of the baking and without baking and confectionery he averages making ten stones of bread per day. If the man is taken the bread baking and confectionary must cease as the employer has no substitute for him he being a first class man at his trade. The man is in a reserved occupation and it is very essential in the national interest that the supply of bread should be maintained.
