Summary of case: Appellant has 31 milk cows and Stanley Collinson and two other men are engaged night and morning ion milking them. The employer is 58 years of age, and is not able to do as much work as he would like.’ Stanley Collinson has the sole management of the Dairy part of the business. ‘He was asked by the [local] tribunal which of his two sons he could best spare, and he was under the impression that when the elder one went recently to join the forces, that he would be granted conditional exemption for the younger one.’
