Summary of case: This man is within three months of the age at which he would be exempt from service. He looks after an electric light plant which requires a skilled man, he pumps water to supply my own house, farm and four cottages. I have no one else to whom I could entrust the management of the plant. I could do the work myself and should not make this appeal if I was at home, but am at present serving in the Army, although considerably over military age.
