Summary of case: That the man being only 18 on 22 Aug last it is not expedient in the national interests he should at such an age continue indefinitely in his present occupation seeing that there are other sons of the employer retained on the holding besides other available labour. I consider temporary exemption until 31 Oct 1916, in place of absolute exemption should meet the case.
