Summary of case: Appellant states he has a farm of 92 acres with moorland for the 200 sheep. He has to harvest 17 acres of hay, hoe seven acres of turnips and potatoes and 16 acres of corn to harvest. Without Burrows the work could not be done. Local tribunal state appellant is a young able man who has two brothers who are joint tenants on a farm nearby and considers the brothers could work the two farms releasing Burrows for the army.
