Summary of case: Appellant farms 133 acres of arable land, 14 acres of meadow and four working horses over two farms as well as cattle and sheep. He states that he is unable to manage the farm alone and that the army council have not taken it into consideration the recommendations to keep men on farms. Local tribunal were of the opinion that the second farm was taken on in order to keep both men from being called up.
