Summary of case: Appellant states Noah is indispensable to him as a shepherd on a farm of 335 sheep which are under his entire charge. AppellantÂ’s entire farm is 323 acres, 123 acres of which is corn, 55 acres of roots and 20 acres to mow. 28 Horses (12 of which are working) 56 cattle. Noah also works a binder at harvest time. Original appeal was allowed until 15 Oct 1916 but this appeal was re-heard and was then Dismissed as more labour became available after seasonal work had been completed.
