It is the claimant's responsibility to get the guts of cattle and sheep as soon as they are slaughtered and clear out the guts and cure them. For this reason, he states that it is not the work that should be considered for a woman. The company say that if this man was enlisted they would have to shut down a branch the firm having overall lost 75 men. The claimant is also appealing on medical grounds as he has bouts of eczema on his feet.
