(iii) Thomas Gryme of Old Malton, labourer, father-in-law and trustee of (ii)
In consideration of surrender of a former lease dated 8 May 28 Charles II [1676] between (i) and Wm. Fisher, (i) leases to (ii)
All that dwelling house, cottage or tenement at Howhouse, Old Malton now in the occupation of Thomas Hunter and formerly in the occupation of William Slee with the barn and garth belonging and a close of land called Seaves or Seavy Close (l6ac.) in Wykeham fields now in the possession of (iii) and Thomas Hunter and formerly in the possession of William Slee
