all claims to, and equity of redemption in, lands near Stone, formerly in occupation of --- Walkendine as tenant of Arthur Lowe and anciently belonging to a messuage called Priors Hall alias Priors Bower, now in occupation of William Jarvis, Henry Wilson and Thomas Chattocke

Recites a mortgage of the premises for £200 by Thomas Lowe to Leonard Ward of Lincolns Inn esq deceased (by a conveyance followed by a defeasance, both dated 8 March 1664), since assigned to William Jarvis; also that Thomas Lowe has instituted Chancery proceedings against Jarvis & Henry Wilson to have the mortgage accepted.
Witnesses: Davis Benet, Thomas [Lowe?], Hugh Derby.
