With certificate of conviction at the Quarter Sessions held at Northallerton on 20 October 1868 of Elizabeth Mooney late of the House of Correction at Northallerton for breaking into the dwelling house of George Ellerton and stealing £9 12s and one pair of trousers, the property of the said George Ellerton. Mooney was sentenced to hard labour at the House of Correction at Northallerton for three calendar months. Certificate dated 5 April 1875
