DescriptionBill of indictment of Thomas Mortimer and William Lonsdale of the township of Hutton Rudby, who were known to and employed by Richard Webster, for obtaining seven and a half yards of cotton cord from John Sedgwick and Henry Willins by falsely pretending that they (Mortimer and Lonsdale) were authorised to obtain it and that Webster would pay for it
