The Court wants the War Office to arrange for the prisoner's removal
With endorsement dated 3 November 1808 that "No such name as Richard Monk appears in the returns from the Herefordshire Militia"
Note dated 11 November 1808 from Lieutenant-Colonel T. Foley of the Hereford Regiment, that a man of the name of Richard Monk belonged to the Hereford Militia during the American Wars; but they have no vouchers for the regiment from this distant period
