| Description | Notice given to the constable of Nunthorpe that the surveyors of the highways of the townships of Wilton, Lazenby, Lackenby, Eston, Normanby, Ormesby, Marton and Morton have complained that sufficient material [for road repairs] cannot be obtained in their own townships. William Weatherill is the occupier of lands in the township of Nunthorpe where suitable material can be found, but he refuses to allow the surveyors to have any. Weatherill is to be summoned before the Justices at Guisborough on 12 July 1791 to answer their complaint |
