Peircy and James Peircy entered into a recognizance on 22 September 1790 for James Peircy's appearance at the next Sessions and his abiding by any order made on him for the maintenance of Elizabeth Jameson's bastard child. This recognizance will be estreated to the Court of Exchequer unless James Peircy appears at the next Quarter Sessions at Guisborough.
