The elder is the foreman and Frederick is the horseman as well as thatcher and stacker and keeps the books. Two daughters assist at home. The farm is 168 acres of which 65 are arable. Walker has a certificate from the War Agriculture Executive Committee which allows him the right to appeal against his conscription, number 1007
